ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Ribs & Rhythm Festival will return to Rochester for its second year on Sunday with a day full of music and barbecue for the entire family to enjoy. The festival will take place at Parcel 5 in Rochester from noon until 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
