ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two years after clouds obscured Rochester’s highly anticipated total solar eclipse, one of the people who helped prepare the region for the historic event is getting another shot at totality — this time in Iceland.
Dan Schneiderman, community engagement manager at the Rochester Museum and Science Center, helped plan the eclipse experience surrounding April 8, 2024, when Rochester fell directly in the path of totality.
