Monroe County Family Coalition to host meet-and-greet

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Monroe County Family Coalition will host a meet-and-greet event Saturday at its new home at Asbury First United Methodist Church in Rochester. MCFC moved into its first dedicated office space at the church in June. Organizers say, “The partnership reflects a shared vision between the two organizations: strengthening individuals, youth, and families throughout Rochester.” The meet-and-greet is open to community members, parishioners, partners, and staff from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

MCFC’s mission is to connect youth and families with resources, provide compassionate support, and help build healthier communities through advocacy, education, and collaboration. The meet-and-greet will give the community the opportunity to tour MCFC’s new office, meet the team, and learn about the services the coalition offers throughout the Rochester region. MCFC offers social care network screenings, care consultations, and resource navigation services by appointment.
