Rochester, N.Y. — New surveillance video shared with 13WHAM News shows an apparent burglary at a business in the Swillburg neighborhood.
The footage shows several people taking city garbage totes and using them to steal merchandise from FOMO on South Avenue during the early morning hours of Aug. 20, according to store owner Krista Haney.
