Gates Chili Central School District Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Labor Relations Michaela Perrotto has been named the 2026 HR Executive of the Year by the Rochester affiliate of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
The annual award recognizes outstanding human resources professionals in the Rochester community who demonstrate innovation, leadership, and operational excellence, make significant contributions to their organizations and the HR profession, and inspire others to excel. Perrotto was selected from among four finalists.
