On Wednesday (9/2) at 1:56 p.m. State Police Investigators, as part of an ongoing investigation involving both Monroe and Wayne County, reported the arrest of Zachary Weber, age 49, of 231 Barrington Street in Rochester.
The investigation, which began last year, involved embezzled money from both Sodus and North Rose School Districts.
A judge awarded the Sodus School District $725,000 and North Rose District nearly $196,00 against Health Economics Partners and business owner Zachary Weber.
