ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after one person incarcerated at the Monroe County Jail tested positive for salmonella.
MCSO said deputies and medical staff are working with the Monroe County Department of Public Health to conduct contact tracing and determine the source of the illness. Officials are also investigating whether anyone else has been affected.
