ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 33-year-old man is accused of tracking a man as he walked along Hague Street before running toward him and opening fire, killing him in broad daylight, according to Rochester police.
Troy Dukes Jr. was arrested Thursday in connection with the Aug. 30 killing of 64-year-old Ronald Leonard Jr.
Police said Leonard was walking near 371 Hague St. around 2:15 p.m. when Dukes allegedly followed him through the area. Investigators allege Dukes then ran toward Leonard and fired multiple shots, striking him several times…
