ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man has died at a hospital after being shot at least once in the torso on Otis Street, police tell us.
Officers responded to 132 Otis St. around 1:45 a.m. for reported gunshots. When officers arrived, they said 48-year-old John Lacy was found lying in the driveway with at least one gunshot wound.
He was taken to URMC and died shortly after arrival, police say…
