ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A man is in custody after a police chase ended with a crash on Reynolds Street and Columbia Avenue on Tuesday night. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw New York State troopers chasing a car minutes before the crash on the city’s south side. Two cars were damaged in the crash, a Jeep and a small sedan.
