Gates, N.Y. (WHAM) — Chief Robert Long of the Gates Police Department said the intersection of Buffalo and Howard roads is probably the busiest in the town.
Long said three people, including a 6-month-old child, were in an eastbound SUV stopped at that intersection Thursday morning when it was rear-ended by another SUV.
The infant died from injuries suffered in the crash, while the front passenger was hospitalized in critical condition and the driver was in serious condition, Long said…
