The second round of Neighbors in Action grants was announced Tuesday morning in Rochester.
Mayor Malik Evans joined with partners from ESL Federal Credit Union and the Rochester Area Community Foundation to reveal the recipients of that grant money.
A total of 74 resident-led projects across the Rochester area have been awarded more than $298,000 for their initiatives, ranging from CPR training to public art and youth programs.
