ROCHESTER, N.Y. – As a low-pressure system crosses the lower Great Lakes, western New York will stay under cloudy skies with steady rain showers throughout Saturday. A stationary front through Pennsylvania will further enhance widespread rain showers and overcast conditions through the afternoon and evening. Completely overcast skies will keep Saturday’s high temperatures in the 40s with a forecasted high of 47 degrees. Winds stay out of the east/southeast between 10 and 20 mph. Occasional gusts of 25 to 30 mph are possible, especially closer to the southern shore of Lake Ontario.
