ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Within months of finding what appeared to be the perfect apartment in Rochester, Victoria and Isaac Pendley claim consistent maintenance issues have made their home, at times, uninhabitable. The couple claims the complex’s management has done little to resolve their concerns effectively.
The Pendleys live in Crescent Gardens Apartments, off of La Grange Avenue near Mt. Read. When they moved in last June, all was well for the first couple of months. One summer night, they smelled something burning coming from downstairs.
