ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A woman has been accused of falsely reporting a kidnapping to law enforcement.
On April 26, 2026, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report at Eastview Mall that 21-year-old Emma Fuller was kidnapped and assaulted. However, deputies said the incident never happened.
