ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 46-year-old man is facing charges after Rochester Police say he shot a dog.
Police say it happened on May 5 on First Street. Officers responded to the area and found a 3-year-old French Bulldog with a gunshot wound to the rear leg. Police say the dog survived.
According to police, preliminary investigation found Wesley Brown was walking on the sidewalk when the dog, “Miracle,” barked at him. Police say Brown then pulled out a handgun and shot the dog at least once before leaving the scene…
