ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested a man accused of strangling a pregnant woman on Sunday, June 7.
According to police, witnesses heard the victim yelling for help near Belden Park around 10:00 a.m. Police said a witness entered the park and saw the woman on the ground being kicked and punched multiple times by a man.
