ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – Three Rockford men were arrested Saturday following a physical altercation in the middle of a Rochelle road.
Darius Foster, 38, and Jordan Clark, 22, face felony charges of aggravated battery with great bodily harm and mob action.
