ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rockford’s City Council delays a vote on converting a mobile home park to an RV park.
A proposal from Midwest Yard Holdings LLC in April asked for a special use permit to turn the Riverview Mobile Home Park into a RV and 5th wheel community.
