ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford city officials announced Saturday’s parade will lead to significant traffic impacts for drivers, with street closures beginning at 11 a.m. The parade is scheduled to start at 4:40 p.m. at 7th Street and 6th Avenue, concluding its route at Church Street.
Drivers are advised that any vehicles parked along the designated parade route will be towed.
