EAU CLAIRE COUNTY, Wis. (WTVO) — A man has been found guilty of decapitating an elderly man whose remains were later found in the Rock River in downtown Rockford.
Brandon Gaston, 50, was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder of Dennis Schattie, 79, whose body was found wrapped in a tarp near the Fordham Dam on April 12, 2022.
