ROCKFORD, IL — An energetic new leader has taken the helm of Rockford Public Schools and is assembling a new leadership team with plans to make customer service a priority.
Larry Huff, 48, worked in education for two decades in Indiana. There, schools face stiff competition for students and tuition dollars. Parents can use vouchers from the Indiana Department of Education to send their children to the school of their choice.
