ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — 53-year-old Richard Huereca was arrested Tuesday and charged with drug-induced homicide following a fatal overdose investigation, according to Rockford Police.
Police said on Wednesday, April 29, officers responded around 1:21 a.m. to the 200 block of South 6th Street for reports of an overdose.
