ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) – The weekly summer-lunch series, “Beats and Bites,” returned to downtown Rockford today for its third year.
Organized in partnership with Go-Rockford and River District leaders, the event aims to bring the community together at the corner of 1st and East State Streets.
