Illinois Agri-Women has named three farm families as winners of its Legacy Farm Family Award through the Generations of Women in Agriculture Across America initiative.
The recognition highlights multi-generational contributions by women in agriculture, according to a community announcement. The honored families include the first-place Schultz/Miller Farm Family of Jo Daviess and Stephenson counties, the Green Farm Family of Arthur, Illinois, in second place, and the O’Bryan Farm Family of Grants Pass, Oregon, in third.
The program, known as GoAg3, launched in fall 2025 to celebrate women who have supported and encouraged family members to take on evolving roles in agriculture.
