ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Water main installation will cause detours and road closures as part of the Madison Street reconstruction project, according to the City of Rockford.
City officials said a detour will be in place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, for traffic traveling on Madison Street coming from 2nd Street.
