BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — From classic cruisers to custom builds, about 70 cars filled Belvidere on Sunday for an event supporting local kids.
Boone County CASA hosted its 10th annual “Cars for CASA” event at Rock Valley College’s Advanced Technology Center. Cars and motorcycles of all shapes, sizes and styles were on display, and participants competed for one of several custom trophies made from real car parts. Attendees could also browse a craft fair, enter a 50/50 raffle, and enjoy live music from a DJ.
All proceeds from the event went toward Boone County CASA’s mission to provide children in the court system with the support they need.
