ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Lucha Cantina will close permanently after service Sunday, Oct. 4, ending a 13-year run at Edgebrook in Rockford.
Owner Josh Binning announced the closure in a Facebook post Friday, inviting customers to return for one last weekend of tacos, margaritas and memories. He did not give a reason for the decision.
“This is a post I never really imagined I would have to write,” Binning wrote. “After more than 13 years serving the people of Rockford, Lucha Cantina will be closing our doors for good at the end of business this Sunday.”…
