ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The City of Rockford government announces two public hearings to get feedback from residents about housing development. The first hearing is scheduled at 4 p.m. Sept. 18 and will have information about Fair Housing and Homelessness, and the other will be held at 4 p.m. Sept. 24 and will be about Economic Development and Housing.
