ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A man faces charges nearly six years after a man was killed in a shooting at a Rockford barber shop.
Delaneo Love, 39, is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
