12th offense OWI leads to 10-year prison sentence after Janesville police chase

JANESVILLE, Wis (WTVO) — Rock County District Attorney says a man was sentenced Tuesday, April 21, to ten years in prison with extended supervision after fleeing from Janesville Police during what prosecutors said was his 12th offense.

According to police, on September 2 2025, 60-year-old Bradley Skelly was pulled over around 11:40 p.m. Officers said Skelly waited until the officer approached his truck before driving off and turning off all his lights as he fled.
