A trio of agriculture teachers is among 100 Wisconsin educators chosen from a competitive field of 1,200 nominations to receive the coveted Herb Kohl Teacher Fellowship Award.
Dan Robinson of Lomira High School in Dodge County, Tjark Sattler of Parkview Jr./Sr. High School in Rock County and Rachel Ziegler of Green Bay Southwest High School in Brown County were recognized for their exceptional leadership, dedication to students and commitment to educational excellence.
Although they hail from different parts of the state, the three educators share a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and for passing that enthusiasm on to the students who walk into their classrooms each day.

Robinson will be completing his 42nd year of teaching at the end of this school year. While many teachers would be considering retirement at this point, the Mauston native says he’s already looking forward to next year in the classroom.
