ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rickie Traeger, known for running “Rockford Scanner,” pleads not guilty to a charge of threatening a public official.
Traeger, 46, of Loves Park, is accused of sending a threatening email April 10 to Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara.
