SOUTH BELOIT, Ill. (WIFR) – A juvenile recovers Thursday after being struck by a vehicle while riding a mini-bike.
Around 5:45 p.m., April 23, South Beloit police went out to the 500 block of Gardner Street for a report of a two-vehicle crash.
