OGLE COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – One woman is dead and two others seriously hurt after a chase and crash Friday on Illinois Route 38 in Ogle County.
Cheyenne Gartman, 25, of Dixon, was reportedly behind the wheel of a vehicle that failed to stop for deputies and crashed in a ditch, according to the sheriff’s office. Two passengers in the vehicle, Kayla Morgan-Poff, 34, of Prophetstown, and Stanley Griffin, 33, of Sterling, were airlifted following the crash. Their condition is not known.
