ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A Rockford man faces drug and gun charges following a “long-term investigation.”
Marcial Arteaga-Carrion, 28, is charged with manufacture/delivery of more than 5000 grams of cannabis, manufacture/delivery of more than 900 grams of cocaine and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office says it received tips about someone selling cocaine and marijuana in the Rockford area.
During the investigation, detectives identified Arteaga-Carrion as their suspect…
