WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers will need to find alternate routes while crews work to replace pipe culverts along Roscoe Road.
Starting May 18, Roscoe Road between Illinois Route 2 and Clearwing Lane will be closed to through traffic as workers replace seven pipe culverts.
