(FOX40.COM) — A teenager is dead after attempting to crash a utility cart into a chain link fence at Woodcreek High School early Tuesday morning, according to the Roseville Police Department.
RPD said officers responded to reports of the incident around 1 a.m. and found the juvenile unresponsive.
