(FOX40.COM) — Two Sacramento men were arrested after California Highway Patrol’s Organized Retail Crime Task Force and the Sacramento Police Department investigated the thefts of ULTA Beauty stores, CHP’s Valley Division announced Thursday.
According to a social media post, investigators served a search warrant at a Sacramento residence on July 14.
