By Sara Beth Williams– — A proposal to build a new 19-home subdivision near the intersection of Old Auburn Road and Wintergreen Drive is currently under review by the City of Citrus Heights.
The project, identified by the city as the Wintergreen Subdivision, proposes to create a 19-lot single-family residential subdivision on vacant land surrounded by existing neighborhoods. The application was submitted as a tentative subdivision map, which is a preliminary stage.
