TAHOE CITY, Calif. – After foreclosure proceedings began in January, The Boatworks Mall is now scheduled for public auction.
According to a Notice of Trustee’s Sale recorded on the property on July 13, multiple parcels currently owned by Boatworks at Lake Tahoe LLC, including the North Tahoe mall located at 760 N Lake Blvd., will go to the highest bidder in a public auction on Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m.
