(FOX40.COM) — The 88-year-old woman who went missing in Sacramento County was found dead in Washoe County, Nevada, the Sacramento Police Department announced late Friday.
According to officials, Nancy Vickers was last seen at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Friday, leaving her residence on the 2700 block of Portola Way. Her vehicle was scanned by license plate readers around 11 a.m. in Douglas County, Nevada.
Vickers was considered at-risk due to her having early stages of dementia. Her cause of death was not revealed, but officials said that it was “nothing suspicious.”…
