(FOX40.COM) — A Sacramento County park is closed Sunday after suspects “destroyed” facilities throughout the property, officials said.
Sacramento County Regional Parks announced that Ancil Hoffman Park had experienced a “major vandalism event” Sunday morning.
Ten light poles and multiple street signs were knocked down throughout the park, and a photo from the department shows a trash can that appears to have been placed on a toilet. According to officials, sinks were also “ripped off the walls” of at least one restroom.
