STOCKTON, Calif. — At least 10 people were arrested Wednesday morning in a federal investigation into a Valley gang centered in San Joaquin County, with officials saying the alleged crimes stretched across the state.
The investigation, called “Operation Spark Plug,” centered in San Joaquin County, but officials said Wednesday that the crimes spanned San Joaquin County, Sacramento County and the Bay Area.
