Sacramento vehicle pursuit ends in one arrested

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A vehicle pursuit occurred in south Sacramento and ended in an arrest, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

The pursuit began when the suspect made a traffic violation, causing the sheriff’s department to pursue them at N street. The pursuit went through Galt and turned down Northbound 99 before it was taken over by California Highway Patrol.

The suspect’s vehicle was spiked at Elk Grove near Mack Road and Stockton Boulevard, where the suspect was stopped and taken into custody without further incident. The suspect could only be identified as a male of unknown age…
