(FOX40.COM) — One person is dead following an overnight shooting in Sacramento County, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said.
According to the sheriff’s office, around 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, a caller reported hearing gunshots near the 4600 block of Ashdale Court and said they believed they could see a man lying down in the grass nearby.
Responding deputies found the male victim and provided medical aid before he was pronounced dead by Sacramento Metro Fire personnel, the sheriff’s office said…
