ELK GROVE, Calif. — A burglary attempt in Elk Grove ended with five suspects in custody and more than $80,000 in stolen property recovered.
According to the Elk Grove Police Department, officers were called to Fossil Way on April 15 around 3:30 p.m., where a suspect posing as a food delivery driver approached a home while another tried to force entry through a side door.
