A new fast-casual concept blending Mexican staples with Asian-inspired flavors is headed to Elk Grove.
According to a recent announcement from Laguna Gateway, SAVI Mexican Grill is preparing to open at 8234 Laguna Blvd, Suite 140, taking over a space at the shopping center that was most recently occupied by Earl of Sandwich (and before that, Subway).
The restaurant will be led by brothers Alan and CP Pham, the former operators of the Elk Grove Earl of Sandwich location. The duo also owns Poke Fix in Natomas, which was named CBS Sacramento’s top poke spot in 2020…
