Sacramento police have scheduled a drunken driving checkpoint Friday night somewhere in the city, officers said.
The checkpoint will be set up within the city from 8 p.m. Friday, May 15, to 1 a.m. Saturday, May 16.
“Impaired drivers put others on the road at significant risk,” Sgt. Anna Mahoney said. “Any prevention measures that reduce the number of impaired drivers on our roads significantly improve traffic safety.”…
