(FOX40.COM) — A Nevada resident who was arrested in Sacramento last year and allegedly had street-gang ties was indicted for illegally possessing a gun, officials said.
29-year-old Soloai Fauolo of Henderson was charged with being a felon in possession of a gun, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California announced.
